Our fall meeting will be held at the carey institute for global good located in historic rensselaerville ny – less than 40 minutes from downtown Albany

carey institute is a retreat type setting providing complete lodging, meals and meeting facilities. Complete meeting package (cmp) rates have been arranged as follows;


Monday – Wednesday cmp;  $384            includes dinner Monday, lodging Monday & Tuesday (single room), breakfast Tuesday & Wed., lunch Tuesday, all breaks and non-alcoholic beverages all-day


Monday – Tuesday cmp;       $210            includes dinner Monday, single lodging monday night only, breakfast & lunch Tuesday, all breaks and non-alcoholic beverages all-day


Tuesday – Wednesday cmp;$220            includes lunch & dinner Tuesday, single lodging Tuesday night, breakfast Wednesday, all breaks and non-alcoholic beverages all day


Tuesday commuter rate;     $40              includes lunch & all breaks


Double occupancy rooms are available at the above cmp rates less $25 per person


Above rates include all service fees. St-129 exemption certificates must be provided to secure the above tax free cmp rates


Please note a registration fee of $10 payable to the nys cehd is being charged to cover cehd meeting costs. Annual cehd dues of $10 were due at spring meeting, and will be collected from members not in attendance at minnowbrook or otherwise not represented. 


Additional guest services are being arranged, including a tour & tasting at the helderberg farm brewery located at carey institute. Separate charges may apply, and further information will be provided as soon as arrangements have been finalized.
